You can do this at a very minimal expense because you already have everything that you need for production, or at least you have a very clear idea of what is needed. Also, you have your brand identity also and you know the strategies that would work to promote your existing product all over again.
These are three ways in which you can expand your business and take it into new directions. If you aren’t thinking about expanding, you are probably missing out on a great opportunity. By norm, every business that has been functioning for 3 years should think of expansion and enhance its potentials.
